1. Grant of License1.1 The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products under the terms specified in this Agreement.
1.2 This license allows the Licensee to use the Products for:● Unlimited personal and commercial use (e.g., for personal projects, client work, marketing materials, etc.).

2. RestrictionsThe Licensee is not permitted to:● Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products.● Share the Products in their original or modified form.● Use the Products to create directly competing products.● Reverse engineer, modify, or extract elements for separate use.

3. Ownership
The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the Products. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

4. TerminationThis license is valid indefinitely unless:● The Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement.● The Licensor withdraws the license due to misuse.Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Products and delete all copies.

5. Liability and Warranty
The Products are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.

8. Amendments
The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Products constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
